About us

We build websites we think should exist, then run them ourselves.

Magcore is a small, independent company in Toronto. No clients, no outside investors. Just products we build and look after for the long run.

Our story

A company built to make and keep good products.

Magcore started with a simple idea: build genuinely useful things for the web, and stick around to run them properly.

Today that means three sites. Infinity Calculator is a free directory of more than 1,600 calculators and tools that people use for everyday math, money, and health questions. OSRSPlan is a set of free calculators and planners that help Old School RuneScape players reach their goals, priced at live Grand Exchange rates. Crafting Codex is a set of free Minecraft tools and calculators for Java and Bedrock, worked out from the game’s own data for the version each player is on.

Different audiences, same approach. We build the whole thing ourselves and reinvest what it earns into making it better.

How we work

A few things we care about.

01

Useful first

We build tools people actually need, not pages made to rank. If it isn’t genuinely helpful, we don’t ship it.

02

Get it right

We’d rather be accurate than fast. Numbers get checked, and we fix things when we’re wrong.

03

Free and open

Our tools are free to use, with no account required to get an answer.

04

Independent

Self-funded and founder-run. We answer to the people who use our sites, not to investors.

The founder

Who’s behind Magcore.

Jehan Wadia
Jehan Wadia Founder · Toronto

Jehan started Magcore to build and run his own web products. He holds a BASc in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, and works on the sites day to day, from the code and content to how they’re monetized. He cares most about shipping things that are genuinely worth using.
